Cauliflower cous cous






This salad is a really easy and healthy recipe and the best way to eat vegetables.


Ingredients:
- 1 Small cauliflower 
- 1 tomato
- 1/2 Red onion
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice 
- Salt or @Herbamare
- Pepper 

First of all you have to finely cut or grate the cauliflower in order to get small grains, similar to couscous. Cut the onion, cut the tomato in small cubes. Mix all the ingredients and season them with the olive oil, the lemon juice, the @Herbamare and the pepper.

Gazpacho


If you have a blender and tomatoes, you can make gazpacho. You can make a lot and keep it in the fridge, so when you're thirsty you just have to serve a glass of delicious vitamins. It can also be taken in the form of a soup, as in the photo, adding small pieces of vegetables (tomato, cucumber, onion)

Ingredients:

- 1 kilo of very red and ripe tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 onion
- 50ml Virgin olive oil
- 250ml of water if you are going to drink it, 50ml if you are going to make soup
- Salt
- 10ml Sherry vinegar
- Black pepper




The original recipe takes some bread, about 50g, but I like it better that way, it's lighter.

Put everything in the blender until it is finely crushed. If the mixer is not very powerful, you may need to strain it. Just a few hours in the fridge or if you're dying of impatience, add some ice cubes.

Pasta with mussels

 


This is a very easy recipe, but it looks like a very sophisticated one. Furthermore, it takes a very short of your time and it's very tasty.


Ingredients:

- Some kind of pasta

- Mussels

- 1 Clove of garlic

- A little of parsley

-  A splash of white wine

- Salt

- Pepper

- Olive oil

- A little bit of chile ( If you like the spicy food)

Heat water in a casserole. When it boil add the pasta and a pinch of salt. Meanwhile, in a frypan pour some olive oil add the garlic finely chopped. Sauté them, add the mussels, the wine and the chile. Drain the pasta and add to the mussels.  Stir it for a minute, add the parsley and serve.


Avocado toast



Easy, fast and healthy, the all in one . You can make the avocado toast in a minute and it's perfect for a lunch o a light dinner. It can be made a bit more complicated by adding smoked salmon or ham or whatever you like.


Ingredients:

- Avocado

- Rye bread

- Salt

- Pink pepper

Cut a slice of bread. Spread the avocado with the help of a fork on the bread. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy.
