Pasta with tuna fish and tomato


Ingredients:

. Pasta, the one you like, or you may have at home
. 2 tomatoes
. 1 clove garlic
. 1 can of tuna in olive oil
. A little of parsley
. oil


While pasta is cooking, chop the tomatoes, peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. In a frypan put a little of olive oil, when hot add the slices of garlic, do not let them get brown .When they are done add the tomatoes and mix with the garlic, then add the tuna, simmer for a minute and remove it from the heat.

When the pasta is cooked, drain it well and mix with the tomato, the garlic and the tuna in the pan. Add a little chopped parsley or capers or chopped black olives and that´s all.

Lentil soup


Ingredients:

. 250g lentils.
. 2 cloves garlic
. 1/2 chopped onion or 1 chopped leek
. 2 chopped carrots
. Salt
. A drizzle of olive oil
. A teaspoon of paprika
. A bay leaf

It may also be added, if you have, a red or green pepper, or a little of pumpkin.

In a saucepan put all the ingredients and cover with water. You have to put enough water, about 1 liter. Simmer it for about 1 hour or until the lentils are soft.

Hello!



The reasons why someone starts a blog are varied. I, for example, used to have a cooking blog and photography also written in English, because I like to cook (I like even more eating) I like photography and I was learning English (I follow doing it as you can see if you click on the tab, first right, which puts "In English" and that will link to the parallel page of ¡Ayuda mamaa!, logically called: Help, Momm!)

The issue now is I have a son on Erasmus travelling through all those beautiful European distant countries and around the tea time, text  start to arrive  to my phone breaking the peace of the evening:
- Mom! Mom! Mom! The potatoes omelette is put potatoes or what?
- Mom! How do we do a soup?
- Mom! A steak that takes six weeks in the fridge, Will it be good?
... And so every afternoon.

So, Seeing the situation, I decided to redirect my "blogueril" activity and do a service to society in general and independent and boarder children and their mothers with whatsapp steaming in especially by creating this blog, which as its name suggests, intended to be an aid, an inspiration to all of those who are in a kitchen like a fifth wheel and feed on convenience food, burgers and other junk food  or altere maternal or paternal peace with evening whatsapps.

The photo illustrating this first post  could be a "soak ourselves as  tomatoes  in the blogger pool" or simply, I did the photo, I liked it and as this photo illustrates not any recipes I said to myself, or post it now or save it on your hard drive forever. And here it is.

Indeed, the blog is called ¡Ayuda, Mamaa! with double "a" mostly because there is already another blog called Ayuda, mama, well written, with appropriate letters and devoted to issues and problems mothers with babies. But it´s a long since passed that stage (Cold sweats walking my back just thinking that I had to go back for that trance. I am too old!) And on second thought, it is so much more appropriate, it sound more like: Momm! Do you know where my backpack is ?, Momm! Have you seen my green shirt ?, Momm! ... And so on to infinity and beyond!
